CIRCULAR-PV Presented at the FuturePV2 Workshop in Cyprus

Savannah Bennett presented at the FuturePV2 Workshop her work in Circular PV titled “A Multi-Metric Framework for Material Selection in Perovskite Modules: Implications for Sustainability, Scalability, and Net Zero Deployment.”
The presentation highlighted how a multi-metric decision-making framework can support the selection of materials for perovskite photovoltaic modules by considering sustainability, scalability, and environmental performance alongside technical requirements. This holistic approach helps guide the development of circular, resource-efficient PV technologies while supporting the transition towards net-zero energy systems.
As the photovoltaic sector advances towards commercialisation, integrating sustainability into material selection will be essential for building resilient and environmentally responsible solar technologies.
👏 Thank you to the TESTARE Project and the University of Cyprus for hosting such a successful workshop, and to all participants for the engaging discussions and valuable exchange of knowledge.
