PHAETHON Centre of Excellence (CoE) will host its International Advisory Board (IAB) Strategic Review & Visit at the University of Cyprus in Nicosia, Cyprus, on 3–5 November 2026.

The three-day meeting will bring together IAB members and PHAETHON’s research, innovation, and operations teams to review the Centre’s progress and discuss its strategic direction, research priorities, financial sustainability, infrastructure development, talent recruitment, and innovation and commercialisation opportunities.

Through expert discussions and guided visits to PHAETHON’s research facilities, smart energy infrastructure, and Smart Energy Campus Living Lab, the meeting will identify opportunities to strengthen the Centre’s research and innovation capacity, enhance its long-term sustainability, and reinforce its role as a bridge between Europe and the EMMENA region.

The programme will culminate in the IAB’s strategic recommendations on PHAETHON CoE’s achievements, priorities, and future development.
